Trekking and camping
do not require any high-tech gear,
nor any specialized training. There
is great flexibility in the choice
of trekking routes, seasons, distances,
duration and physical exertion.
You can trek for one day or one month;
backpack all your gear and wonder
off in the wilderness or stroll comfortably
with just a shoulder bag, water bottle
and camera whilst your camping gear,
heavy baggage and logistic loads are
transported by animals.

The ecological profile
of each region in the Himalaya varies
widely, - resulting in a diverse range,
weather condition, terrain, flora
and fauna. In the Western Himalaya,
Ladakh, also known as ` Little Tibet'
offers spectacular and challenging
landscapes notably in the valleys
of Leh, Zanskar and Nubra.
At the foothills of the Himalaya is
the emerald green land of Himachal
Pradesh. One can wander into the alpine
regions of Lahaul, Spiti, Kinnaur,
Dharamsala( Dhauladhars) and Kullu
Valley or visit the numerous temples
scattered all over in this "Land
of the Gods"
